Vitaly Balasanyan appointed NKR National Security Council Secretary
On November 3 President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing Viktor Kocharyan from the post of the National Security Councik Secretary and appointed him VIce Secretary of NSC. With another decree the NKR President appointed Vitaly Balasanyan in the post of National Security Council Secretary.  
Azerbaijan violates ceasefire along the line of contact
Azerbaijan's armed forces violated ceasefire along the line of contact 55 times overnight releasing 840 gunshots against Armenian positions from weapons of different calibres. According to a press release by the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense, the adversary also used the anti-tank grenade launcher RPG-7 (3-7 mines). To restrain the adversary, the advance military troops of the Defense Army took retaliatory action, confidently continuing their military vigil.

Food Security State Service director to be repalced
Director of Food Security State Service of he Armenia's Agriculture Ministry Armen Hayrapetyan will resign. According to Nyut.amsource, he will be replaced by head of Natfood meat production enterprise Ishkhan Karapetyan. This replacement is intended to take place on November 1. Though it is not excluded to be stated tomorrow at the cabinet session.  
St.Gregory the Illuminator church consecrated in Koghb village
On October 22 in bordering Koghb village of Armenian Tavush province new church was concecrated. The concecration ceremony was conducted by primate of Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Church Bagrat Galstyan. The construction of the church lasted 6 years and was built with the funds provided by Samson Abovyan and Satenik Nasibyan. They were born in the village and currently live in Moscow.
